Fals (Bronze, 20 mm, 2.62 g), pictorial type, Shahristan, Khani Year 34 = 734/5. ‘Allāh / lā ilāha illā / Muḥammad / rasūl Allāh’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah’ in Arabic); in the margin, the names of the four Rashidun Caliphs. Rev. A fish and the mint name Shahr-istān within a circle; in the margin, ‘[al-sulṭān] Abū Saʿīd khalada mulkuhū sana arbaʿ [wa thalāthīn al-khāniya]’ (‘Sultan Abu Saʿid. May his kingdom be perpetuated.
